 | Wednesday, April 10th, 2024: Chicago (N)'s Cornejo Out 2 Weeks "It was kinda freaky. Hopefully, I'll be back in the lineup soon," said a dejected Kevin Cornejo after injuring himself in a game against Houston. The Chicago (N) manager told SION reporters, "He will miss up to 2 weeks with a fractured hand." The Cubs will have to decide over the next day or two whether the left fielder will go on the disabled list. So far in 2024 Cornejo is batting .273 with 1 home run, 4 RBIs and 11 runs scored. He has 9 hits in 33 at-bats and a .429 OBP. |
