Musial Homers and Marichal Improves to 2-0, Topping Houston 3-1

Juan Marichal had another great start again the Houston Hoots, allowing just one run in 8 innings. Meanwhile, Stan Musial hit a 2-run homer in the 3rd off Tom Seaver to give the St. Louis Wizards the 3-1 victory. Seaver went the distance, allowing just 5 hits in the loss. Bruce Sutter picked up his 3rd save for the Wizards with a perfect 9th. St. Louis improved to 6-1, while Houston dropped to 1-6 thanks to their 5th straight loss.
